Guys,

Motel One turned to be full (or Ingwa and me turned out to be late...). David 
Faure recommended the Ibis Bahnhof Ost, and they still had plenty room. I'm 
not sure about how to get there, but given the name, I guess it's easy 
enough. And it should be pretty close to the KDab office, too.
