I suppose I might as well announce myself.
My name is Jeffrey, and I am a student of both theology and computer science.  
Although I have not actually written code for a serious project yet, I intend 
for that to change soon, and I have a fairly extensive knowledge of at 
least 10 different programming languages.
I am thinking about writing a digital ink/notebook app (like One Note) on top 
of the koffice2 libraries.  I know that I want to use the .odt format for 
storage, possibly with some extension, but other than that I've not much 
decision on what to do.  But I do know that shapes should help me much.
