Heh,
I just upgraded from Cmake 2.4.5 to 2.4.6 and I see this error as well now. 
Didn't see it before, though the CMakeCache has the same contents for the 3 
vars it writes out:

//Path to a program.
RUBY_EXECUTABLE:FILEPATH=/usr/bin/ruby

//Path to a file.
RUBY_INCLUDE_PATH:PATH=RUBY_INCLUDE_PATH-NOTFOUND

//Path to a library.
RUBY_LIBRARY:FILEPATH=RUBY_LIBRARY-NOTFOUND
