no that's mean that anyone developing for kplato must either produces 
GPL-compatible code, or buy a commercial licence to Qt, and possibly to KDAB 
depending on how you have organized your code in kplato (for instance if it's 
a plugin which links to kdchart and not kplato, then it's ok).
