whoops, my checkout was indeed a bit old ... apparently i removed it from the 
svn-up script i used for some reason .. probably back when moving over to 
kde4 initially...

great. looks like 2.0 will get rid of most/all these issues. nice =)

for the kotext ones perhaps email Tomasz Grobelny <grotk@poczta.onet.pl> and 
see if he's ok with licensing it as LGPL, then confirm with mlaurnet, dfaure 
and yourself (according to `svn log`)
