There are various points in your email I think can nicely be solved 
already. But, sure, a real-life meeting is probably usefull for that.
Second runner up is that I call you (its free for me to call your 
landline or if you have a telfort abbonement, you cell phone).

I'll bring the paper and markers ;)

Did you have the November meeting in mind? Or do you have time somewhere 
before that?
