Here the changes in kpresenter:

o Implement show-end-of-presentation-slide attribute from ODP 1.1
o Don't loose the canvas when pressing alt+f4 while on presentation mode
o Fix crash outlined with OpenDocument TestSuite;
  PresentationShapeAttributes/style
o Fix bug 134204
o Fix Bug: 134481 Links are not saved in OpenDocument
o Disable DPMS during presentations. Not via dcop to kdesktop, 
  since kdesktop might not be running.
