I've finally got KOffice compiled against Qt 4.2 again, and saw the new 
QDockWidgets. These are pretty good, very smooth and I think we can safely 
replace the whole KoPalette library just with these dockwidgets. We'd get 
save/restore of dock positions, drag & drop, float, tabs for free. Any 
objections?
