Latest checkout of koffice:

CMake Error: Freetype_DIR is not set.  It must be set to the directory 
containing FreetypeConfig.cmake in order to use Freetype.

Disabling karbon (and a few other dirs) in CMakeFiles is sufficient to work 
around it.
