Added PERT calculation for estimated value based on
Optimistic- (O), Expected- (E) and Pessimistic (P) value.
The distribution used is dependent on the setting of Risk:
Risk=None: Estimate = Expected.
Risk=Low: Estimate = (O + 4*E + P)/6.
Risk=High: Estimate = (O + 4*E + 2P)/7.
