From everywhere in the world where there is an internet connection and a 
Windows machine.
A windows machine that does not have excell?  Hmm, piracy of MS Office has 
higher numbers then piracy of Windows here in NL!

Besides; in business settings you can't rely on your client having 
internet and no security policy / proxy to disable this. You bring your 
laptop if you need a computer.

I just don't buy that a significant number of people will use it after the 
novelty has worn off.
The only viable usage I see is to overcome excell incompatibilities 
between versions (where you can't open a newer in an old version of 
excell).  It might be cheaper to open it in google then to get a new 
version of excell.
