BSpline is technically the same as 'path'. It just hints at the
implementation method.
We need it whereever we want to use non-square shapes; which practically
means just about everywhere.

I talked to tbscope on IRC just a couple of hours ago and he will start to
port Karbon to compile in trunk. We hope that the data structures and
ideas from that application can be applied to have a good bspline shape
inside of flake so we can reuse that shape for svg or whatever editing in
all KOffice apps.

Usecase:
In KWord I have an image (bitmap) of a round object. Naturally the bitmap
is square but I want to make my text run around the round object.
Solution; I create a splines-based (non-printing) shape in kword that
follows the contours of the round pixelated object which I then apply to
the text area so the text is run around properly.
