Exactly this. Or rainbow, animated stripes (!). Blinking menus :)

Having said that, I also plan to add a small check for plugins at Kexi 
startup, so when, say, SUSE will not get them packaged correectly, the result 
will be visible as a warning box and qapp:quit() - I noticed this is a must, 
because for now if the app just shpows the empty main window, the packagers 
consider this as "working app" (I know, they have zillion of other apps to 
package). I hope this helps too.
