--relocate is wrong when you're only switching between branches.
I'm guessing the switch operation failed - it often does, for multiple reasons.
Check that it succeeded by running "svn status" and checking that you get no "S" in the output. 
If you do, redo the switch (without --relocate), or check out from scratch.
