So, you're not conviced yet, that the "default cell style" attribute should 
also be applied to the _whole_ column. Or do you mean a debate with the OO.o 
devs?

If you consider this as easier as adjusting our current (former) behavior...

We just have to suppress the fallback to RowFormat/ColumnFormat for the cell 
Formats on loading (Format::setNoFallback() smiles at me) and on saving we 
could pass the KoGenStyle to the fallback styles before we look it up.
