...(and probably any variables in general)

I am reporting this with hope that it can be easily fixed for 1.5 stable or I
am doing something wrong (e.g. oo.org accepts invalid odt contants I created).

If not, I'll just file a bug.

The problem:
I've got a generated odt file as presented here http://kexi.pl/media/raporty/.

In short, values from database fields are inserted as user-defined variables
within document style section. Each field is used only once.

1. Try to open resulting odt file in KWord:
http://kexi.pl/media/raporty/korespondencja.odt

2. compare how it looks like with oo.org Writer or just open the pdf printout:
http://kexi.pl/media/raporty/korespondencja.pdf

You will notice that after each variable there's a \n inserted. It's not the
case in oo.org and xml doesn't contain \n.
