Current status:
- ability to select the cells
- operations based on CellWorkers work already on Regions (if you don't go 
over the Format dialog)
- most UndoActions work on Regions
- all other ops work on the last selected range, so we convert them step by 
step

You see, there's still work to do. :-) Grep for 'selection(' to see what 
exactly.
