I'd rather say that it is up to the maintainer. To namespace or not
does not affect so many other things anyway. My personal reason to
favor namespace is only shorter class name. With autocomplete
editor/IDE, this is helpful because what pops up is not a list of many
many identifiers with same prefix.

For KSpread, I'd prefer that we use namespace. However, no need to
mass rename all classes to use namespace if you do not have time to do
it. But new files and classes should be designed with namespace in
mind.
