In the meanwhile I left all 'document' for referring to a set of worksheet and 
I suppressed any workbook mention.
I'll add a small section in KSpread doc about Naming Conventions comparing 
oocalc, excel and kspread names so the user in any case will be aware of what 
we talk about.
