The other advantage of avoiding the word "Document" is that it's clearer when
editting an embedded object.

Does 'Document' refer to the whole thing? Or just the embedded object?

I know I've been confused by whether a menu entry refers to the whole file,
or just an embedded object before. Not sure if it was exactly this confusion
though.
