There are a couple of good reasons to want to use the same text layout 
framework in all of koffice: it will promote consistency in results, make 
embedded documents work better, make it possible to use the same advanced 
layout things we're going to need even for embedded documents (like having 
the lines of text inside embedded documents line up with the lines of the 
text in the embedding document), and finally, it will be less work.
