The palettes are now in koffice libs, and used by Kivio and Karbon, too. It 
makes sense to have the same configuration settings for all three.

Yes, that turned out the problem. Which I find weird because KisConfig never 
used to set a group and never had problems -- it's old code I inherited from 
Patrick Julien.
