Hi,

I've made some modifications related to the document informations.
As it's located in lib/kofficecore, I would like to have your review before 
committing it (to be sure it doesn't break anything).

* modification of the 'Document Information' dialog:
  - GUI converted to .ui files
  - icons added
  - display OpenDocument meta-informations

* load/save the following OpenDocument meta tags:
  - meta:initial-creator
  - meta:editing-cycles
  - meta:creation-date
  - dc:date

The patch applies to the directory lib/kofficecore.
