There is a docbook export filter, wrongly called "sgml" in the combo, and I'm
not sure it generates proper docbook (actually I heard it doesn't).
Kalle suggested that we split it into a "sgml" filter and a "docbook" (xml) filter.
Anyhow, feel free to look into it ;-)
