This OpenFormula is very good. Although it does not cover yet the gory and 
delicate details with respect to function behaviours, it is a very good start. 
(And as I expected, the test file is Excel format)

Looking at our new formula parser, I doubt it would be too difficult to 
implement support for OpenFormula (if it gets accepted and becomes 
widespread).

OTOH, I'm thinking of making a sort of reference implementation of OpenFormula 
basic functionalities.
