Are you a user of this component, then please prove-read (and test) your 
code before the release.

I fixed a bug where each time I opened and ok-ed the frame-editing dialog of 
kword; the size of the margins was getting bigger.
The cause was an incorrect usage of the above named widget, which is not sot 
so strange as the API of said widget is not directly intuitive. [1]

The component has the value() method implemented and does some convertion 
there, but the setValue is not overwritten and therefor you get an 
inconsistency between setter and getter. (please correct me if I mis-read 
the code).

So; all application-maintainers, please do a simple grep and a check for 
your usage of the above component and make sure your application does not 
have the same bug.
