As the maintainer of KChart, it would seem that this is my job.  However,
I don't understand much about the installation and the resulting structure
so, anybody *coughdavidfaurecough* who does understands, feel free to take
it on.  Or point to some documentation that makes me understand.

Does this apply to just KChart or the whole KOffice?

At least KCharts templates ar not themeable, but they are definitely not
pictures either.

PS.
The mail system on Lysator was taken down for some days but is now back up
again, so if anybody has tried to send me mail and failed you can try
again now.
