Icons in: "koffice/kspread/templates/<type>/" are named as Crystal
even though they are clearly not. I presume that these do not need to
be themed so all that is needed is to change the first two letters from:
  "cr" to "hi".

I also note that there are 48x48 PNG icons in these directories. A
general comment about such icons. If all that is done is to render the
SVG as a PNG using The GIMP, or other app, there is no point in doing so
since the only advantage of such icons is to clean up the artifacts from
AA rendering.

Note that the HiColor icon them now supports SVG files.

Same (template) issue with icons in: "/koffice/kivio/templates/basic".
They are not Crystal so need to be renamed.

The Crystal PNG icons for the app: "kivio" are in:
"koffice/kivio/kiviopart" rather than in: "koffice/kivio/pics/crystalsvg".

Are we still using the icon: "kugardata". KDELibs installs the icon:
"kugar_kud" for that MIME type. IAC, they are HiColor.

Same (template) issue with icons in:
"/koffice/kugar/kudesigner/templates/General". They are not Crystal so
need to be renamed.

Same (template) issue with icons in:
"/koffice/kpresenter/templates/common_icon". They are not Crystal so
need to be renamed.

Same (template) issue with icons in:
"/koffice//krita/modules/colorspace_<type>/templates". They are not
Crystal so need to be renamed.

The Crystal template icons are installed in:

	$KDEDIR/share/apps/kspread/icons/crystalsvg/<size>/actions
	$KDEDIR/share/apps/apps/kivio/icons/crystalsvg/<size>/actions
	$KDEDIR/share/apps/kudesigner/icons/crystalsvg/<size>/actions
	$KDEDIR/share/apps/kpresenter/icons/crystalsvg/<size>/actions
	$KDEDIR/share/apps/kchart/icons/crystalsvg/<size>/actions
	$KDEDIR/share/apps/krita/icons/crystalsvg/<size>/actions
	$KDEDIR/share/apps/kword/icons/crystalsvg/<size>/actions

I was wondering if the template icons could now be put in a more logical
place like: "koffice/<app>/template/<icon theme>"?

I also find a slight problem with Karbon. The toolbar icons are not in
a separate directory like they are in the other apps. The result is
that the app icon gets installed twice:

/usr/bin/install -c -p -m 644 ./crsc-app-karbon.svgz
/usr/kde3/share/apps/karbon/icons/crystalsvg/scalable/apps/karbon.svgz
/usr/bin/install -c -p -m 644 ./cr32-app-karbon.png
/usr/kde3/share/apps/karbon/icons/crystalsvg/32x32/apps/karbon.png
/usr/bin/install -c -p -m 644 ./cr16-app-karbon.png
/usr/kde3/share/apps/karbon/icons/crystalsvg/16x16/apps/karbon.png
/usr/bin/install -c -p -m 644 ./cr48-app-karbon.png
/usr/kde3/share/apps/karbon/icons/crystalsvg/48x48/apps/karbon.png
/usr/bin/install -c -p -m 644 ./crsc-app-karbon.svgz
/usr/kde3/share/icons/crystalsvg/scalable/apps/karbon.svgz
/usr/bin/install -c -p -m 644 ./cr32-app-karbon.png
/usr/kde3/share/icons/crystalsvg/32x32/apps/karbon.png
/usr/bin/install -c -p -m 644 ./cr16-app-karbon.png
/usr/kde3/share/icons/crystalsvg/16x16/apps/karbon.png
/usr/bin/install -c -p -m 644 ./cr48-app-karbon.png
/usr/kde3/share/icons/crystalsvg/48x48/apps/karbon.png

There appears to be some issue with the icon "karbon.svgz". I worked on
it a while ago and attach my version. I forget what I did with it but
it looks the same, the file is smaller and the preview problem is fixed.

At the suggestion of someone on the Kde Artist list, I tried to improve
the Kexi icon which is also attached. It probably needs some additional
work. Also note that KDELibs installs an SVG Kexi MIME type icon that
might be a better starting point for the additional Kexi MIME types.
