Well; the number input dialog made me wonder what the 'unit' was. cm/milimeters/pt whatever. After looking a bit longer I noticed that its just a range from 1 to 10. I find the usage of a slider makes that a lot clearer. Not all users will like to think in numbers, certainly not when the limits are not directly noticable. So I think this is indeed nicer. > > Please see if you can hide the 'arrow style' groupbox when not editing > > lines. (instead of disabling it). > > Same as above. It was also like this in the old dialog. This actually is standard; the usability rule is that if something can't ever be enabled means it should not be visible at all. The fact that the implementation reuses the dialog for different type of objects really should not be visible to the user. Could you also change the rc file and the kaction to move the new dialog to be the standard, and only one?
