Hi everyone! :)

KOffice doesn't seem to be able to translate templates. Therefore, I wonder if 
a template may be generate by the KOffice program itself. If the user for 
example chooses the bar chart template in KChart, KChart will create a 
document with a bar chart instead of loading the real template file. In that 
way, the rows and columns could be translated in the chart.

This procedure could be applicable for other KOffice programs too, when a 
template is rather simple to generate by a function and strings are needed to 
be translated.

I'v talked with Inge, and he isn't sure if there are enough time to do this 
before the freeze date of KOffice 1.4. I think it can be done at least for 
the templates in KChart.
