I don't have the answer, but I would like to point out that cvsblame or "cvs annotate"
(and going back in time with cvs annotate -r<rev-1> to check when the line was
really added, not just re-indented) is the best way to find out.
Example:
$ cvs ann kspread_dlg_layout.cc | grep 'customFormat->setE'
Annotations for kspread_dlg_layout.cc
***************
1.196 (nandres 11-Apr-03): customFormat->setEnabled( false );
$ cvs log -r1.196 kspread_dlg_layout.cc
date: 2003/04/11 18:59:40; author: nandres; state: Exp; lines: +1 -0
- disabling incomplete features for beta1
