Heh, indeed. That's what we get for reusing an existing widget :)
kdelibs/kspell2/ui/configui.ui simply uses a KEditListBox.
KEditListBox has support for hiding up/down buttons, but not from designer.
I'll try to add support to KEditListBox for that.

OK that's for Zack's code: please ensure that the list of words is sorted
before calling setItems.
