That is not the bug report that I thought of but it only shows that there are 
2 of them. (And it shows also that tracking duplicates is sometimes every 
difficult.)

4 times at least. :-) It is a known bug, see ithe bugs.kde.org section of KDE 
bugs. However the way KDE Bugs' new bug wizard is done, it is difficult to 
remove the problem.
