Part of the code is like:

#ifdef SUPPORT_MULTI_PAGE_TABLES
newcode;
#else
oldcode;
#endif

This would ahve to be changed to

oldcode;

The KURL version of KoStore is not used yet by KWord. It is only a middle-term 
to long-term goal.
