I am wondering if the filters are meant for MathML 2.0 anyway. And OpenOffice 
has only MathML 1.01 (still in 1.9.54), so I do not know if we really need to 
support the whole MathML 2.0. (But then the export filter should perhaps 
write another DOCTYPE.)
