Well current agreement seems to be such that we'll be gradually
changing and improving some stuff while possible, then the big stuff
can happen. A good time for this could be the time when 1.4 goes to
feature freeze. If the release should be in Q1 2004, then how much
time do we have before that freeze? Till beta1?
Also, does this mean that Koffice 1.4 will still be based on Qt 3?
