Attached you'll find a patch that adds two functions into KSpread.
REGEXPRE is the original REGEXP, that wasn't mentioned in text.xml,
thus wasn't available. I've renamed it to REGEXPRE, since it's a
replacement function, not a searching one.
REGEXP is a function that looks for e regexp in a string.

Not sure if the names are okay, but I haven't seen any similar
function in excel / OOo, although I find them very useful and I had to
perform some complicated work-arounds several times in the past, when
I needed to process some program/script output in a spreadsheet (
yeah, I could use perl, but this is simpler ;) ).
