Perhaps we can convince TT to add a method like:
QPtrList<QDomElement> QDomElement::children(const QString &);

I think (IMOHO) its the right place to fix the problem described at the bottom 
of:
http://developer.kde.org/documentation/other/mistakes.html

Since the Qt version the next KOffice release will depent on is Qt4, I think 
this is a real possibility, don't you think?
