Looks good to me; but I would appreciate a KPresenter guru to look at as 
well.
One thingy; you use the clicked() signal and then call it since your 
programattically setting it does not call the changed method itself.
What about using the toggled() slot instead, so the setEnabled() will call 
the disappearSoundEffectChanged() for you?
