As I told Zack, I think this should be committed, but with a configure check 
that disables all spellchecking stuff if kspell2 wasn't found (i.e. if kdelibs-3.2 is used).

This would allow to avoid the dependency on kdelibs-cvs-head that would make
life more difficult for some koffice developers.
Unfortunately it means #ifdefs around any code that relates to kspell2...
