Sorry, forgot to tell you _why_ I really would like to have this patch
in there:  Since release of IndeView in Feb.2004 we have had thousands
of downloads (30 - 300 per day) of the tarball from our english/spanish/
german webpage http://www.indeview.org

While the majority of users are running OpenOffice there surely are
quite a lot of people using KPresenter and willing to use IndeView to
show their presentations on Windows/Mac OS X/Linux machines not having
KOffice installed...

Having the patch in KOffice 1.3.1 would allow them to use this trusted 
version instead of using KOffice HEAD as they currently do.

So (if at all possible) you would do us a big favour by agreeing that
the patch gets added to the 1.3 branch.
