So that would make around 3 weeks before KOffice 1.3.1 RC.

Well, I do not care too much, as probably it is not the last KOffice 1.3.x, so 
if what I would like to do for the KWord filters is not in 1.3.1, they will 
be in later. (The filters would be much improved anyway, as the (silly but 
important) layout error is fixed.)

Also please note that there is still a grave bug for KSpread:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=55660
(however KOffice 1.3.0 has it already.)
