Thanks both for the hints, I'll probably do both: I'll mark the ones I'm not 
so sure about as todos and the ones that are obvious I'll change right away. 
A patch might come on Friday so it fits into the schedule ;)

besides: have a look at http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=77574
I also added a working patch to the bugreport so you just need to apply it. 
IMO it should be save although it surely wouldn't hurt if an expert looks it 
through.
