Both import and export filters are in use, if you try to directly load 
.sxc files from KSpread. But once you rename the file extension to .ksp, 
KSpread would try to load it natively, i.e using loadOasis() functions. 
The latter works, thanks to David. And this is useful to migrate and 
test loadOasis() functions step-by-step.

Native loading of OOCalc documents won't use the filter, but the code 
would be taken and adapted from the filter's code.
