Currently KOffice filters have one .po(t) file per directory (except the OLE 
filters.)

Should it be kept in future KOffice versions? Or should the translation be per 
application: KWord's filters, KSpread's... (the OLE filters probably 
remaining an exception)? Or should be one single translation file for *all* 
filters?
