I have removed all references in KSpread for scripting support. There's 
not so much code anyway (therefore I didn't #ifdef), it's not working, 
not complete, and not maintained.

If anyone feels that s/he will work on scripting support for KSpread in 
the near future, I can bring it back to life (although I guess one could 
rewrite that easily from scratch).
