Should the .cvsignore files be > completely changed (what this patch does not do)? am_edit (used with automake) and unsermake (the alternative solution) have a different algorithm for deciding on the extension of generated files (the basic rule is simple: do like the other files in the directory do, but the border cases like mixed extension, or no source file at all, lead to a different result). So listing both .cc and .cpp in .cvsignore, for generated files, is correct.
