if this the mailing list to talk about usability of a KOffice program?
If so I have some question. Why when I apply "Shadow objects..." to a text box
then if after some changes I cannot remove the shadow and I have to delete
text box and revrite it again? Did someone forgot to create this option?
The process of creating KPresenter slides it very difficult because I cannot
look at my slide in all its dimension also if I use 75% of zoom. I think the
tab "Outline" and "Preview" have to be hidden adding a button. The bottom
with "Note" have to be hidden to with a button: hide/show. Because it's
difficult to create a slide and have idea of all object on the presentation.
There is to few space.
Does someone is agree with me? This thing have to be discussed on koffice
mailing list and not here or have not to be discussed at all? I just want to
give some suggests to make better KOffice. I used OpenOffice Impress and
there is a lot space to create the presentation, but I like KOffice because
it's a project that I want to support. So using KPresenter I write this
suggestions thinking that can be usefull. If they cannot be applyed for
KOffice 1.3.0 consider to apply to 1.3.1 because are very important IMHO or
consider surely in KOffice 1.4. There are also other things that make
difficult to tell "KPresenter is simple and usable", but for now I think
these I told you are more important. If you need I can suggest also the
others, but maybe you already know it. :-)
