Both should be fixed now (hmm I didn't retest the 2nd one, but at least
it's fixed when the table attempts to be wider than the page; tables that are
higher than the page are not well supported, but at least they shouldn't lead
to infinite loops or crashes). Sounds like I introduced a showstopper bug
right before beta4 without noticing, sorry about that. (If the tag can still be
moved, this is about kotextformatter.cc)
