I do not know if I am going to be its maintainer, but at least the FAQ has 
been converted to the new KDE FAQ code (in PHP) and partially updated.

I have left many entries commented out, as I do not an idea yet how to convert 
them.

Right now, the new FAQ is not online yet, as it seems that I have made some 
errors in the code. I have fixed them, but I am not sure that they were the 
last errors.
